The design of the shared offices for architects and engineers was unique due to the historical integration and renovation of the old Union Station railroad station in downtown Indianapolis. The space was converted from its previous use as a go cart racing facility into the new headquarters for the A/E firms.
The design challenged the engineering firm's traditional palette. Ultimately, the engineers embraced the strong dynamic and bold design to establish a new brand for the future.
