The new Downtown Hospital on Indiana University Health’s Replacement Campus for Adult Academic Healthcare in Indianapolis will provide world-class medical services for the region. The 864-bed facility combines adult services into one location with inpatient and observation areas and a full-service outpatient center. It is one of the largest healthcare facilities being developed in the United States of America. METICULOUS has an executive leadership role for managing the project, as well as team members working on the architecture and interior design. Our leadership is also managing the construction supervision phase. The unique teaming structure has assembled the state’s leading design and management firms to execute this multi-billion-dollar facility.

The facility seeks to achieve a high level of excellence in sustainably designed healthcare facilities and is targeting LEED Gold certification and future submission for the AIA COTE Award Top 10.
