Meticulous is restoring a two-story urban office building to a contemporary mid-century modern cigar lounge inspired office space reflecting the client’s personal style and taste. In addition to being a luxurious sanctuary of focus, the office comes fully equipped with a lounge and a master suite designed for those who work and play hard in the heart of the city.
Our services include conducting a feasibility study and designing office suites layouts, including furniture, fixtures and equipment procurement, and providing construction administration for the project.
