METICULOUS is the Concept Designer for the new $80 million, 12-story mixed-use development project in Michigan City, IN. The facilities envelope an entire city block between 10th and 11th streets on the north and south sides, and Franklin and Pine Streets on the west and east sides of the city.
11th Street Central will revitalize a portion of the city’s downtown and runs parallel with a major overhaul project for the South Shore Line. The high-rise development includes residential apartments, commercial space, parking and a new train station for the South Shore Line.
